How ClipperWorkspace works
From clipping a page to sending a live, branded link your client opens — the whole flow, step by step.
What ClipperWorkspace does
Clip pages from any browser — property listings, hotels, products, portfolios — then turn your selection into a live, on-brand page you send as one link. Your client opens it on their phone; you see when they did. No app for them to install, no PDF to email.
Get the tool — on whatever device you use
Desktop: drag the bookmarklet to your bookmarks bar (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), or install the Chrome extension for one click — even on logged-in portals. Android: install the app once (Chrome ⋮ → "Add to Home screen", or Samsung Internet ≡ → "Add page to" → "Home screen"), then tap Share → ClipperWorkspace on any page. iPhone: add the one-tap Shortcut, then Share → Shortcuts → ClipperWorkspace in Safari. On any phone with no install at all, screenshot a page and upload it — AI reads the items straight off the image.
Set up the tool for your device →Clip a page
On desktop, click the tool on any tab and the clipper panel slides in — draw a box over the items you want and click Clip. On mobile, share the page (or a screenshot) to ClipperWorkspace. Every clip captures the title, image and price automatically. You can also paste a link straight into your board.
Your clips
Everything you clip lands in Clips — your inbox. Nothing is sent to anyone here. Tap any clip to edit the title or price, delete the ones you don't want, and filter by client tag. Take your time; this is your private workspace.
Build a page
In the Build panel, pick a format — Shortlist, Quote, Invoice or Itinerary — then tap the clips you want to include and press Build. AI orders them and tidies the copy into something client-ready. This is the fast path: a few screenshots become a structured page in under a minute.
Review & brand — the moment before it goes out
Building drops you into the Studio, where you see the live page exactly as your client will. This is your check-before-you-send gate: reorder items, polish the copy with AI, clean text or watermarks off photos, switch your brand kit, and add the send details — who it's for, a short message, your contact button (call, WhatsApp or email), and an expiry date. For quotes and invoices you can add currency, tax, a document number and terms, with a live total.
Publish
When it looks right, hit Publish. Your page goes live instantly at its own link, laid out in your brand. Nothing is sent automatically — publishing just makes the link ready for you to share.
Send the link
Copy the link, or send it in one tap by WhatsApp or email — both open pre-filled with your client's name and the page link. Your client opens a fast, mobile-friendly page with your branding, not ours.
See who opened it
Each page has its own tracking: when it was opened, how far they scrolled, and which items they looked at. You always know whether your client has seen what you sent.

Set up your brand once — logo, colours, fonts — on the Brand page. Save more than one kit and switch per client. Every page you build comes back on exactly the right brand, automatically.
