Who we are

ClipperWorkspace is a tool for professionals (estate agents, travel agents and others) to capture web content and assemble it into branded client pages. We are a UK Ltd company and an ICO-registered data controller.

What the browser extension does

The extension only reads a page when you click “Clip” (or paste a link). It captures the information needed to lay that item out on your board — typically the title, description, image, price and source URL of the page you chose. It does this in your own browser session.

The extension does not run in the background, does not track your browsing, does not read pages you haven’t clipped, and does not collect passwords, form contents, or cookies.

What we store

Clips you capture are sent to your ClipperWorkspace account and stored so you can curate and publish them. We store your account email and the brand settings you configure. Pages you publish record anonymous engagement events (a page open, which items were viewed, scroll depth, device type) so you can see interest — these contain no personal data about the people viewing them.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data or your clients’ data. We don’t use it for advertising. We don’t share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (Supabase for storage, Netlify for hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for email).

Permissions the extension requests

• Host access (all sites) — so you can clip from any site you visit, including portals you’re logged into. Used only when you click Clip.
• Active tab & scripting — to read the page you’re clipping at the moment you clip it.
• Tabs — to open a pasted link in the background, capture it, and close it.
• Storage — to remember your clip key and settings locally.

Your rights & contact
