How do I connect the extension to my account?
Log in at clipperworkspace.com, go to your Board, and click "Connect extension". Copy your clip key, then open the extension options page (right-click the toolbar icon → Options) and paste it in.
The extension clipped the wrong thing — what happened?
On pages with thin metadata (no JSON-LD or Open Graph tags) the extractor falls back to the page title and first image. You can edit any clip directly on your Board — click the title or description to update it.
Auto-clip grabbed too many items. How do I clean up?
Everything lands in your Board inbox first. Tick the items you don't need and delete them — nothing goes to a client until you explicitly send a page.
Why can't I clip from Rightmove / Booking / a logged-in portal?
Make sure you're using the "✄ Clip this page" button in the extension popup while the portal page is open in your active tab. The extension reads your already-loaded browser session — it never fetches the page itself — so it works on any portal you're logged in to.
I pasted a URL into the extension but nothing appeared.
Paste-URL opens the link as a background tab, extracts it, then closes it. This needs the "tabs" permission which you granted on install. Try refreshing the extension (chrome://extensions → toggle off/on) if it stops responding.
My trial has ended — how do I subscribe?
Open your Board and click "Subscribe £29/mo" in the banner at the top. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Dashboard, open Billing, and click "Cancel plan". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
The published page link isn't working.
Pages are live as soon as you publish. If a link returns a 404, the page may have been deleted from your Board. Re-publish from the Board to restore it.
Can I use my own branding / logo?
Yes — go to your Brand page, upload a logo, set your accent colour, and choose a design template. Every page you send will use your saved brand automatically.
What data does the extension collect?
The extension only reads page content when you explicitly click Clip or Auto-clip. It never runs in the background or sends data without your action. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
